We will share information on our work life health and share tips on how to achieve maximum wellbeing, tackling subjects such as isolation, being overwhelmed and self-esteem.
The peer group members will create accountability for each other and encourage motivation, inspiring us all to set and reach goals. The safe space allows for the processing of issues, errors and mistakes, openly and as a platform to move onwards and upwards. It will also encourage members to work on the business, not just in the business.
